Call to Order: Bruce Walker KE7SJZ called the meeting to order @7:00 PM. Followed by introductions.
Minutes: Minutes accepted
Treasurer’s report: Beginning Balance of $1,146.26, collected $63.00 in dues, Ending balance of $1,209.26
Remember Dues for 2017; $10 for student, $20 for single member, $25 for family. Please give check or cash to Eric Anderson AC7V, there is no PayPal account at this time
Ham test: Saturday, December 3rd had four takers, everyone passed; one Extra, one General and two Technicians. Next test session will be in March
ERA: Ray Harbeck KG7RAU-Good, still need $8,400 for the Bridger Ridge building
-Remember Dues for 2017, suggested annual $30, can be paid online with PayPal
-If donating a large amount please do so through a check and not through PayPal as PayPal takes a big % of donation
SAR: Don Wilson KF7EWZ-A PLB (Personal locator device, not an avalanche spot beacon) was turned on at the ski hill the same time another skier called into Livingston for assistance creating some confusion. A couple of hunters needed assistance on the Sixteen Mile Road
88 Net: Bruce Walker KE7SJZ- There has been 8 to 9 check-ins
Foxhunt: Harley Leach KI7XF- We will wait awhile for more hunts
HF: Bands have been very crummy
MSU Ham;
Club-David Schwear KG7CCY-Classes start again on Jan 16th; info will be put out at that time. First meeting will be in the next month or two
Class-Larry Springer K6PJ-Will hold classes if anyone is interested

Old Business:
• The Holiday Dinner is coming up on Saturday, January 21st, 6pm at Johnny Corinos. Ordering will be done off the main menu, seating will be in the back
• Noise on the Marla; Harley Leach KI7XF- Have not heard anything
• Ham/Prepper Fest: Ray Harbeck KG7RAU-New venue, possibly Venture Church, sometime in May

New Business: None

Announcements:
• Winter Field Day- January 28th and 29th 12noon to 12noon. At Battle Ridge Camp Ground

Update; Wayd Walker WA7YD-The operating shack will be a 13×13 wall tent with a wood stove for heat at the Battle Ridge camp ground if anyone wants to come operate.

There will be hot coffee (bring a cup), hot water (bring cocoa mix or whatever and a cup).  There will be a chili pot, bring a can of chili, bowl, spoon, and anything else you would like to eat Sunday and we can have a chili feed for lunch.
