Old Business:

Minutes approved with minor callsign adjustments.

Treasurer's report: Presented by KF7OLR

Collected $120.00

Ending Balance of $2,647.72

~Reminder: Dues are due for 2013. $20 for Individual, $25 for family.

~What to do with extra $? ERA, MARLA, discussion will take place at next meeting

VE Testing: Saturday March, 9. Anyone interested in becoming a VE? Currently over $2,000 in account. Donation discussion and what it takes to become a VE was held.

ERA: Jerry Gregoire, KD7WLX, will deliver donations for the ERA to Kathy Gregoire N7UNI, ERA representative.

SAR: PLB, personal locator beacon, went off at the ski hill. Tracks to avalanche site were reported, it was found that someone skied the site after the avalanche. No one was hurt in either case.

School Club: School Club Roundup worked 404 altogether, 30 of those were schools. Pizza party on March 18th. A huge thank you to everyone who helped out!

88 Net: Has been short.

Snow foxes: None recently. Harley Leach KI7XF, 80 meter hunt on Saturday@ W7AMT’s for interference. None found.

HF: Clippard Island, a French Island off the coast of Mexico on the Pacific Side is still available for a short time.

 

New Business:

Roster: Old version of roster was available for update. This roster will be available at next meeting for more updates. You can also email Falicia Anderson KF7TAH @ kf7tah@yahoo.com to update your information.

Greater Yellowstone Cycle Jerry, KD7WL, has been in contact with them, com plan set in motion. Meeting will be soon. Planning committee: Jerry Gregoire KD7WLX, Todd Gahagan WA7U, Don Wilson KC7EWZ and Falicia Anderson KF7TAH.

 

 

Event Participation for the GHRC Upcoming events reminder; Walk MS, BTT, and Bangtail.

 

 

Announcements/discussions:

 

·         Please listen for this, If you hear it get the signal level and send to Tom Lewis AB5CK, seems to be random. Frequency uplink 155.67 downlink 154.725.

·         No one offered to bring snacks for next month. They can be bought, they don't have to be homemade snacks.
