Bruce Walker, President called the meeting to order at 6:53 PM.
Early start time was due to a scheduled meeting to follow.

Hamfest accounting: Gross receipts – 1220.11

ANNOUNCEMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS:
N7FLT – Report on 88-82 link status.
The link works from 146.88 to 146.82 but not the reverse.
ERA: W7LR – Plans for a trip to Bridger to put in new
generator. Contact Bob if you can
help
Repeaters – No report
VE: Testing took place @ hamfest.
Next testing will be the Sat after the 1st Thursday in
December.
SAR: There have been two searches in which SARHAMs helped
out.
HAMFEST:
N7ODN: Jack passed around a report on Book Sales: The end result of the
report was 28 items sold for a minus $50.00 loss.
SCHOOL Club: N7FLT: Would like to trade a microphone the club
has in stores that has a DTMF pad for one that doesn’t have.
The club voted to give the microphone to the School club.
CLUB Parts: WA7U: Need to order parts
NEW Business:
N7FLT: Discussion about the need for a programming cable for the Clubs
FT8800. It was mentioned that
Harley might be able to make them.
Not sure the result of said discussion.
AB5CK : “signed up for volunteer needs for the Belgrade fall festival
September 2010.
N7FLT: mentioned that the Conference room had not been
scheduled on the use calendar. It
was decided that the Secretary should keep watch over such things.
Bruce : Brought up the impending need for officer elections
next month. He said he would not be
running for another term.
X-mas party.
WA7U: When should it be and who is going to organize it.
It was decided to have it in January and Jerry volunteered to research
places and logistics.
146.88 NET: K7CUB: Invited others to serve as net hosts.

Notification to web mistress of items to enter into the web
page: It was noted that officer
changes had not been given to the web mistress.
It was decided that the secretary should relay those items that occur
during a club meeting to her.
