Hamfest

October is here and the hamfest in a few short days. It looks like Don KC7EWZ and his staff have gotten things together and we will have another great hamfest this year. It will be held at Sacajawea Middle School again this year.

Fires

This summer so far, club members have called out twice to help man the EOC for evacuations or to help out in some other way. Thanks to all who helped.

VE

The VE sessions put on by Jack N7ODN are doing a great job of getting new people licensed as hams and there seems to always be new one come and take the exams which makes us all feel good. Jack does all the work and a the rest of us show up a and help out on the day of the exams. More classes are planned for later in the winter by Jack. Thanks Jack
