Call to Order: Bruce Walker KE7SJZ called the meeting to order @7:00 PM. Followed by introductions.

Treasurer’s Report: Beginning balance; $1,596.00 Income from dues of $40.00, Expenses; $0.00; Ending Balance; $1,636.00
Ham test: Day after tomorrow; 10 takers
ERA: Please consider donating
SAR: Don Godward N7FLT-One lost in the river
88 Net: Going strong, 13 check-ins
Foxhunt: Harley Leach KI7XF-There was one 2 weeks ago
HF: Don Godward N7FLT-Good; Mid 70’s solar flux for 2 days
DMR: Rich Michau W7AMT-Very Busy. Neil and Treavor are working on the Bridger repeater so the internet is down
APRS: Nothing Reported
Gardiner repeater/NYARC (North Yellowstone Armature Radio Club): Nothing reported

Old Business:
• Website Updates: Nothing reported
• Summer Field Day: June 22-24th. Field Day will be held at the Parker Homestead by Lewis and Clark Caverns. Directions are on the website. BBQs needed, please bring your own provisions and a dish to pass for dinner. Little Stinkers Porta Potty services were approved at a cost of $150.00 to be paid by the club
• Ridge Run: August 10th, Rob Maher NR7B. Skeet Archer will work Ross
• Belgrade Fall Fest: Norm Reger KD7TQM-September 21st
• Cycle Greater Yellowstone: August 10-16th Ron Glass WN7Y, 406-690-9441. Location is around Dillon. Call Ron to volunteer
• No Ham meetings in July and August. We will meet again in September

New Business:
• Blazing Saddles/Payton Memorial-There has been a request to do Blazing Saddles again, possibly a new route. If so this would happen in September. Help may be needed


Announcements/Reminders:
• The Boy Scout exercise went really well. There were about 20 boys
• Next Ham Meeting is September 5th
• Silent Key; Fred Cady KE7X; Memorial Service will be held at the Lindley Center. There will be beer and brats. That’s the way Fred would have wanted it. Fred you will be missed!
• Bob Leo W7LR: Bob is healthy but gets lonely, please visit if you can

Treasurer’s report: There was no activity reported. Balance carries over; $1,751.45
Ham test: There will be tests on June 9th and on Field Day, June 23rd at 1 P.M.
ERA:
-Bridger Building-Neil Ramhorst KL7JGS; The building will be torn down on June 24th. By July 24th concrete will be poured. Completion hopefully by August
SAR: Don Godward N7FLT-One event, a broken ankle at Palisade Falls
88 Net: Wayd Walker WA7YD- Going good
Foxhunt: There was a hunt in Belgrade
HF: Don Godward N7FLT- 6 meter was fantastic. VHF contest this weekend

• Gardiner/Livingston/Paradise Valley repeater-The lease should be finished this week and then passed by the end of June or July
• Website Updates: David Hohmann AG7DF-Info will be added to the website about Prepper/Ham Fest
• HOA Bill: The bill is being held up
• Field Day-June 23-24, @ Dale Heidners house; 178 Heidner Lane, Belgrade. Pig Roast/Pot luck between 5 and 6 P.M.
• Ham Fest- Ray Harbeck KG7RAU; September 15, 2018

New Business:
• Cycle Greater Yellowstone: Ron Glass WN7Y, is needing help
• Library Ham Books- Don Godward N7FLT-ARLL books are on order. This will cost around $300
• W7ED trailer has been maintained by Don Godward N7FLT and Don Wilson KC7EWZ. Rent has been paid.
• Prepper Fest/Ham day radio raffle- Ray Harbeck KG7RAU-Please sell tickets beforehand. The radio raffled will be determined by the amount collected before the purchase before The Prepper/Ham Fest. You can check Facebook and the website for raffle information

Announcements/Reminders:
• Bob Leo W7RL- Neil Ramhorst KL7JGS and Todd Gahagen WA7U  took Bob to his house to make his last contact for his
WAC Award (Worked All Continents). There will be a get together Sunday at 2P.M. for Cobi at the Senior Center
• Ham N’ Eggs-Is now meeting in Belgrade at the Ice Center 8 A.M.
No Ham Meetings in July and August
