Call to Order: Bruce Walker KE7SJZ called the meeting to order @7:00 PM. Followed by introductions
Minutes: Accepted with no changes
Treasurer’s report: Beginning Balance of $1,416.45; collected $65 in dues. Ending balance of $1,481.45
Ham test: Next test Saturday, December 9th and Sunday, December 10th. Check in is at 9am and no later than 10am
ERA: Nothing to report
SAR: Don Godward N7FLT: “Apparently the new fad is to go hunting and leave partners behind.” There was also one heart attack victim at 16 mile

Old Business:
• Gardiner/Livingston/Paradise Valley repeater: Working on getting permission and info on what it will take to get it going
• Website Updates: Silent Key page was cleaned up and a page has been added so that info can be added by viewers. A “story Page” has been added as well. David Hohmann AG7DF
is still working on the website. Thank you David
• Winter Field Day- Wayd Walker WA7YD: January 27th and 28th. Operating times are from 12pm -12pm at the Headwaters State Park in three Forks at the campground. It is $18 per night to camp. There will be an open radio station. Set up will be Friday night. Remember to bring some chili!
• Election of club officers: It was unanimously voted on keeping club officers the same as 2017
New Business:
• 2018 Dues are coming up in January (information on the bottom of the page)
• It was decided with popular vote that the GHRC members list will be posted on the website. No personal info will be available just names and call signs. The list will be periodically updated.
Announcements/Reminders:
• The club roster is being sent out to the yahoo group. All changes have been made. Changes may still be made if needed by contacting Falicia Anderson KF7TAH at kf7tah@yahoo.com
• Christmas Dinner-Saturday, January 13th, 6pm. at Fudruckers. Please come and have some fun! Just a gentle reminder, it is a pay your own dinner.
