Treasurer’s report: Beginning balance; $1,379.83 Income from dues; $20 Ending Balance; $1,399.83
Ham test: Harley Leach KI7XF-Day after tomorrow. 25 participants predicted
ERA: Ray Harbeck KG7RAU-Please consider donating. Funds are very low

88 Net: Skeet Archer W7LFX- There has been about 7-8 check-ins per week
Foxhunt: Harley Leach KI7XF-Nothing due to failing radios
HF: Don Godward N7FLT- 10 Meter this weekend
DMR: Skeet Archer W7LFX-A lot of local activity and a lot of out of state hams monitoring
APRS: Skeet Archer W7LFX-up and running great
Old Business:
• North Yellowstone Amateur Radio Club: David Hohmann AG7DF- First meeting is next week. We will be electing officers, etc.
• Website Updates: David Hohmann AG7DF- Web site pictures need some work. Is anyone willing to volunteer for this? If you could at least take a look at the pictures and tag them. If you have information on a picture like when, where, who and what, please pass the info along to David.
• Winter Field Day: Wayd Walker WA7YD-Location is at the Headwaters State Park Campground. January 26-27. There will be wall tents and the club trailer. BYO-Chili to add to the chili pot on Saturday night.
Help is needed for set up on Friday night and tear down on Sunday
New Business:
• GHRC Christmas Dinner; Suggestions on where to go
Senior Center/potluck/catered. Harley Leach KI7XF will check on it
• Ham Fest 2019; there may not be a ham fest next year. There has been no profit gain. For the past few years we have been joining with The Church of Latter Day Saints and the preparedness expo but they may not be continuing with this event next year

• SAR Board parent organization; Curtis DeVault W0GIS will be taking over Don Wilson KC7EWZ position as the SAR representative
